Colin McKenzie is a Senior Product Specialist, Head of CROCI (Cash Return on Capital Invested) intelligence within the DWS CROCI investment team, working in the DWS Product Division. Colin joined the company in 1998. As well as his responsibility both for client business development globally and for CROCI products, he is also responsible for all intellectual content published by the CROCI Team; specialising in company & sector valuation, he publishes regular reports on CROCI Products as well as market and sector trends. Prior to his current role, he has been a European and Global Strategist within Deutsche Bank Equity Research, as well as playing a key role in the development of the CROCI model and company analysis. Before joining the CROCI Team, he worked in Emerging Markets Equity Sales.

Brian is a Managing Director in Equities for Nomura Asset Management International. He is responsible for the development and growth of the firm’s public equity capabilities, including the Global Listed Infrastructure strategies. In addition, Brian has responsibility for the coordination of the global Client Portfolio Manager team, driving communication and engagement with both internal and external clients. He joined Nomura Asset Management as part of Nomura’s acquisition of Macquarie Asset Management’s US and European public investments business in 2025.Previously, Brian held the same role at Macquarie Asset Management, which he joined in 2014 in Sydney before relocating to Luxembourg in 2018. Before Macquarie, Brian was an Equities Researcher with global consultant Willis Towers Watson. Earlier in his career, he worked in the brokering arm of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as an Investment Product Specialist and for AMP Capital as a Research Analyst.Brian has a Bachelor of Finance from Newcastle University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
